Greetings! We are excited to tell you about a new event coming to Paris this year....the 1st annual " Paris Bridal Fair"! With planning a wedding, brides are busy gathering up information and booking vendors fast. So save our local couples a trip to Dallas and let’s get them the local information they need to make their wedding special !!
We are hosting a one day bridal event on Saturday, at the Event Center on the Paris/Lamar County Fairgrounds. There will be a variety of wedding related vendors, including but not limited to: florist, bakeries, event planners, caters, ceremony and reception venues, rehearsal dinner locations, ministers, photographers, videographers, hair/make up, travel agencies, jewelry companies, disc jockeys, hotels, club facilities, rental companies, transportation companies, printing/invitation services. We hope your business will choose to be a part of this event, not only reaching out to area brides, but networking with other local businesses as well. Below is a summary of the event information, and attached in this packet is more detailed information on the rules, contracts, and tips for the event. We look forward to reserving your booth today and welcome all suggestions to make this event successful for your business.
Event Information
1875 Fitzhugh (corner of Clement Road & Fitzhugh)
Advertising: The Fair Association will furnish media advertising and all exhibitors will be listed on a Vendor Contact Sheet that will be distributed at the event to all attendees.
Exhibit Options:
Don’t want a booth but want to pass the word about your business?...Bring your own business cards to go on our Business Card Contacts table. Brides will still get a chance to get your info by picking up your card, and in addition, you will be listed on a Vendor Contact Sheet that will be distributed to all attendees at the event.
B. Inside Booth Spaces
All exhibit spaces are divided with red drapery and rods. Backdrops are 8 ft tall and middle dividers are 3 ft tall. Electricity is available if needed. All booth exhibitors will be listed on a Vendor Contact Sheet that will be distributed to all attendees at the event.
C. Outside Exhibit Space
Space available for transportation businesses, etc.,
This will be our 1st annual "Paris Bridal Fair" and we look forward to working with you and your business to make this event a success for all involved.
