Division 4 - Quilts
1. General rules apply to this division unless otherwise stated.
2. Quilts must be lined and quilted.
3. If there is only one entry in a class, it may be grouped with a similar class.
4. All work must be completed. Entries must not be worn, soiled or previously laundered. Exhibitor’s name must not be affixed to entry where it is visible.
