Division 1 Creative Arts & Crafts
1. General Rules apply to this division unless otherwise stated.
2. Pictures and wall hangings must be ready for hanging. Exhibitor’s name must not be affixed where it is visible.
3. Ribbons will be awarded in all classes. All judges decisions are final.
4. If there is only one entry in a class, it may be grouped with a similar class.
