Division 3 - Needlework
1. General rules apply to this division unless otherwise stated.
2. If there is only one entry in a class, it may be grouped with a similar class.
3. Entries must not be worn, soiled or previously laundered. Exhibitor’s name must not be affixed to entry where it is visible.
4. All garments must be on hangers, and if a garment bag is used, it must be transparent.
