To All Arts & Crafts Exhibitors:
The annual Fair will be held August 28 through September 1 and this year we will have Arts & Crafts in the Coliseum building. The booths will be 10x20 and divided with red drapery and rods for a fee of $150.00 for the five days of the Fair. Exhibitors will need to furnish their own tables and chairs. The building will be open Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM. The building will be locked each night at 10:00 PM and overnight security will be on the fairgrounds. The building does not have central heat and air but we will have fans located in the building .
Christmas In Fair Park will be held November 30 and December 1. The hours of operation will be Friday: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The 8 x 10 booths will be located in the Community Exhibit Center, Building “B”, and Coliseum After hours security will be provided after closing Friday night. One six foot table and two chairs will be provided for each inside booth. The booths will be divided with red drapery and rods and the booth fee is $75.00.
