Christmas in Fair Park Vendor Contract
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to be a part of the 24th edition of Christmas In Fair Park which will be December 6th & 7th. This event also gives you/or your organization the opportunity to come in contact with many people during a festive time of the year.
Vendor Information:
Friday, December 6, 2013 4:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday, December 7, 2013 9:00am-4:00pm
The Community Exhibit Center, Building "B", West Side Building, and the Coliseum will feature booths and exhibits from local businesses and craftsmen with holiday gifts and decorations. Set-up times for all exhibitors are Thursday, December 5th, from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Friday, December 7th, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The Community Exhibit Center, Building "B", and the West Side Building have central heat. The booths are 8'X10' and are divided with red drapery. One six-foot table and two chairs will be provided. The Coliseum booths are 10'X10' divided with red drapery and furnished with one six-foot table and two chairs. Outside booth spaces are 10'X20' with no tables or chairs provided. All booth spaces (inside, outside, and food concessions) are $75.00 each.
