Registration………..6:00pm – 6:45pm outside of show ring in front of entrance

Entry Fee – Payable day of Show……..$1.00 per event

 

  1. All contestants will receive ribbons and prizes.
  2. All contestants must be able to compete on their own – no parental assistance.
  3. Contestants must furnish their own ropes for these events: Dummy Roping & Team Goat Pulling.
  4. Contestants must furnish their own stick horse for the stick horse race 5 years and younger.
  5. Goat Ribbon Pulling

  7. Contestants will be divided into age groups as follows:
    1. 2 – 4
    2. 5 – 7
    3. 8 – 10

     

Pedal Tractor Pull

  1. A pedal pull is the pulling of a weight displacement sled with a pedal tractor powered by children ages 4 – 10.
  2. All contestants must be able to compete on their own – no parental assistance. No one but pull contestants and judges will be allowed on the pull course.
  3. Children are grouped according to age.
  4. All pull tractors will be furnished
  5. All contestants in each class will use the same pull tractor.
  6. Judges will not help the contestants start the load
  7. Contestants may pull as fast as he/she wants s long as the tractor stays within the boundaries of the course.
  8. When the skid motion stops, no jerking of the skid will be allowed, the pull has ended.
  9. In case of a “full pull”, those contestants with “full pulls” will then repeat to determine the class winner.
  10. No re-pull will be allowed unless contest judges rule otherwise.
  11. The contestant who pulls the longest distance wins. All judges’ decisions are final.
  12. All contestants will receive ribbons and prizes.

  3. Contestants must provide music on tape or CD if needed.
  4. Contestants will be divided into age groups as follows:
    1. 2 – 4
    2. 5 – 7
    3. 8 – 10

 

  1. There will be one overall grand prize winner selected from the three age groups.
